Helping Our Neighbors
Since our inception, we‘ve made it a priority to donate greens to the Des Plaines Self Help Pantry. This has become even more important to us since the November 2025 government shutdown caused people to miss their SNAP payments.
Our Donations
We have donated weekly to the pantry, and as of September 2026, we have donated over 1400 packages of greens and outdoor garden produce in 2026. That’s over 300 pounds of delicious, nutritious food!
Would you like to help?
If you would like to help us with our mission of helping our neighbors, select the “Donate a Tray” item in our store. For every tray you “buy,” we will donate two in your name to the pantry. To be clear, you will not receive any greens when selecting this option, but it will count toward receiving free delivery on your other products.
